TWO EASY WAYS TO PRAY CONTINUALLY:
God hears and answers our prayers. Prayer is scientifically proven to rewire the anxious brain and has many other benefits.
1. Speak and pray in the language of the Spirit (tongues) randomly anytime during the day. (Jude 20). Pray with your understanding also (1 Corinthians 14:14-15)
Pray before bed, when wake up, around meals, when showering etc. Every small window of opportunity you get, do it with intention even if it’s for 30 seconds for starters. (1Thes 5:16-18)
2. Sing and pray in words, psalms, hymns and spiritual songs randomly and at will. (Ephesians 5:19-21). Pray all kinds of prayers too (Ephesians 6:18-20).
